DELIVERY OF YOUR PURCHASED ITEM

Artwork Deliveries:

 

  • All artwork has a lead time of 1 to 2 weeks (order dependent).

  • If the selected item is available in store at the time the order is placed, then the item will be wrapped and sent immediately.

  • Please contact us if you wish to have a custom size printed (other than A1 and A0 sizes).

  • Please contact us if you wish to buy a few artwork pieces (wholesale).

Accessories Deliveries:

  • If the selected item is available in store at the time the order is placed, then the item will be wrapped and sent immediately.

  • If the selected item is not available in store at the time the order is placed, then we will require 1 to 2 weeks to have the item made (order dependent).

Blankets And Throws Deliveries:

  • If the selected item is available in store at the time the order is placed, then the item will be wrapped and sent immediately.

  • If the selected item is not available in store at the time the order is placed, then we will require 1 to 2 weeks to have the item made (order dependent).

Hide Deliveries:

  • All hides online are available in store. The selected hide will be wrapped and sent immediately.

Chairs And Benches Deliveries

  • If the selected item is available in store, then the item will be wrapped and sent immediately.

  • If the selected item is not available in store, then we will require 3 to 4 weeks to have the item made (order dependent).

Ceramics

  • If the selected item is available in store, then the item will be wrapped and sent immediately.

  • If the selected item is not available in store, then we will require 4 to 6 weeks to have the item made (order dependent).

Lights

  • All lights are available in store. The selected light will be wrapped and sent immediately.

INTERNATIONAL SHOPPING

  • Unfortunately at this stage, all artwork can only be sold if bought in Africa (no international sales).

  • Please contact us if you are interested in buying artwork internationally, as we will direct your query accordingly.

  • We can arrange international shipping on your behalf at an additional charge through our shipping partners; or you can arrange this at your own expense through your preferred partner on all products other than artwork.

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY 

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from The Grey Horns Artistry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our very best to accommodate a replacement product or credit refund provided that it falls within the following framework:

  • We offer a 7 day returns/exchanges period (after receiving your package) on products purchased online.

  • Returns can be lodged through the Contact Us tab on our website.

  • This return specifically excludes any canvas or artist paper prints (artwork cannot be exchanged or refunded).

  • Where applicable, the product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact as on the day the purchase was received.

  • The goods are unused and undamaged.

  • All returned goods are inspected to ensure that they are undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.

  • The Grey Horns Artistry reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, has been damaged or is not in the original packaging.

  • All courier costs for a return will be at the sender’s cost, The Grey Horns Artistry will not be liable for any cost incurred for any product returned.

  • If your order arrived broken or damaged, then we will replace the item as soon as possible (please provide us with photos of the damaged or broken item immediately on arrival of your parcel as we will arrange for the broken or damaged item to be collected).

  • Broken or damaged items need to be reported immediately upon the parcel’s arrival (any late reporting will not be accepted).

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We use the secure and trusted i-Pay gateway for processing your purchase (i-Pay can process instant EFT when shoppers have accounts with South Africa’s six major banks in South Africa ABSA, FNB, NEDBANK, STANDARD BANK, CAPITEC and INVESTEC

How it works: 

  1. Select i-Pay as your payment option during checkout
  2. Select your bank from the list presented
  3. Login to the i-Pay portal using your internet banking credentials
  4. Select an account to pay from (If you only have one account, it will be automatically selected for you and this step will be skipped)
  5. The automated process will navigate and populate the relevant fields on your behalf in the background
  6. Your bank will send you a form of payment authentication either by means of SMS, USSD Push message or In-App
  7. Once you have successfully authorised your payment, the transaction is marked as complete
  8. I-Pay sends notification to the seller on the outcome of the transaction and inturn, the seller will process your order immediately. There is no need to send through a proof of payment and no need to wait for the funds to reflect in the seller’s bank account.
